Dusseldorf Airport is one of Europe's most convenient airports, it has everything a frequent traveler needs, like a sushi bar. Not with a "would be" cook trying to look like a sushi master, but with a real Japanese guy who knows what he is doing. Anyway, I had a great tuna/avocado hand roll at the bar washed down with a cup of real Japanese green tea (the one with the toasted rice scent), followed by a plate of sashimi.
The question that was haunting me during the 2 hours in the plane that followed the meal was: is it still ethical to eat sushi or is it even ethical to eat fish at all?
